Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotional patterns, life transitions, and internal experiences that may be impacting your well-being or relationships. This work focuses on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change rooted in insight and connection.
Individual therapy is available for clients ages 16 and older.

Relational therapy focuses on the dynamics between two people in session, regardless of relationship structure or legal status. This may include romantic partners, spouses, co-parents, or other significant relational pairings.

Family and group therapy involves three or more participants and provides a structured space to address relational dynamics within adult family systems or therapeutic groups.
Extended sessions allow time for shared processing, increased participation, and deeper exploration of patterns that emerge within multi-person relationships.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Please note that these fees are for self-pay clients; if you plan to use insurance, a Superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement where applicable.
